Thank you for visiting the Lenska website. This section is for information about our Terms and Conditions that govern your use of our website. You will also find information on, your privacy and security, orders and returns, if you have any questions please contact us by clicking on the link below.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All of our products at Lenska are of the highest quality and as such we guarantee to exchange any item deemed to be imperfect or refund your money. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your purchases from our website simply e-mail us within three days of receipt and return the goods to us within 7 days.

Contract for sale

The advertising of products for sale is an invitation to treat. This means your order is an offer not a contract of sale between you and Lenska , so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of order - email dispatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Lenska on the website which we may do from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Lenska will operate as a variation to our terms and conditions.

Receipt of Order

Lenska must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once credit card payment has been authorised and stock levels checked, Lenska will send you an e-mail receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.

In exceptional circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re- credited with the original price and we will notify you by e-mail. In no circumstances will the Lenska be liable to you for any additional amounts.

Lenska reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

Returning a product

If you need to return an item purchased online simply e-mail us or contact us on 01484 723847 Monday – Friday between 10.00am – 4.00pm. You will need to have your original credit card details and invoice number handy for this call and we will need to talk to the person who bought the item (so if you e-mail us please leave a telephone number)

A prompt refund will be issued upon return of the goods to lenska only if the item and packaging is in its original condition and all the information referred to the above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of staff of Lenska will contact you. Lenska will not bear any responsibility for any postal costs incurred by either the dispatching of goods or the cost of returned items unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and exchanges

If you realise you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. It may be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for “returning a product” in those instances. Please take care when ordering engraved goods as engraving errors will only be refunded or rectified at no cost to the customer if it is clearly the fault of the Lenska. Exchanges will only be accepted from the person who placed and paid for the original order. Third party exchanges will be referred back to the original purchaser.

Defective or damaged items

In the unlikely event that you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Or our administrative staff will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.

Safety and security

We accept payment by VISA and MasterCard and Switch/Solo. Orders are securely processed through internet credit card verification and clearing process, we will also accept payment by cheque, though it should be noted that dispatch will be delayed whilst the cheque is awaiting clearance. You can see that you are in a secure environment through the padlock symbol on Microsoft Internet Explorer or Key symbol on Netscape Navigator. SSL works with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0 and later/Netscape Browser versions 2.0 and later. Privacy

Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, se we don’t use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfil your orders or offer you a personalized services.

Any personal data gathered by Lenska in your use of our site will be recorded electronically and only used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

Cookies

Lenska will use your email address as a convenient way to contact you from time to time about your order or any relevant Lenska offers or new products, but only with your permission. Lenska tries to keep our site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all the necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. In other words if something goes wrong with your computer whilst you are visiting the Lenska website we will not be held responsible. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information.

If you are not satisfied with the site then please let us know. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.

Cool off period

Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for refund.

Customer Responsibilities

This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between Lenska and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of products by Lenska would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the site from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for the Lenska to sell products.

Legal Governance

Your use of this site and any contract between you and Lenska for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity of enforceability of any remaining provisions.

All materials, including images, illustrations, designs, photographs, written text and script whether online or offline are protected by copyright, as are the intellectual property rights owned controlled or licensed to Lenska. The Lenksa website is protected by copyright. The Lenska website is intended for personal and non-commercial use unless specifically stated and authorised by Lenska in writing by the appropriate authority within the Lenska Organisation.

You may not reproduce (except with specific authorised permission as stated above), publish, distribute, display, alter, modify, create derivative product from, sell in whole or in part any of the contents of Lenska Advertisements, website or related software.

The contents of the Lenska website and this website as a whole are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Lenska or use the site as a shopping resource. No right, title or interest in any downloadable materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. Pricing

Prices stated on Lenska are in UK pounds sterling and are based on fluctuating metal prices. We endeavour to keep prices at constant levels but we reserve the right to change prices at any time when the need arises. Once an item has been purchased and we have received payment fir it well will always honour the price quoted. In the event of a pricing error we will endeavour to honour the cheapest price but do reserve the right to cancel any order which would be uneconomical or where the price has been abused.

Product Description

Lenska and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. Products are often supplied with size and weight guide where appropriate when data is available but this is only meant as a guide and can vary by a few percent. Images do not necessarily represent an items true size and as such dimensions are supplied when the data is available. Lenska does not warrant that products descriptions or other content of this website is without error but we endeavour to ensure all information is correct and up to date. If you have any enquiries regarding any product or content of Lenska please e-mail us. If a product offered by Lenska itself is not as described to an unsatisfactory level, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition and we will arrange refund or replacement.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

Please review our other policies, posted on this site. The policies also govern your visit to Lenska. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these conditions of use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining condition.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Each piece of jewellery comes presented in gift boxes where possible as standard.

Shipping

All orders to be delivered in the UK will be subject to a shipping charge of £3.95

When your order has been dispatched our system will inform you by email and from that date your order should be delivered within 1 – 2 working days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and are fully insured by Royal Mail and/or ourselves. Please note that the delivery address should match the cardholders address and that the Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to proceed.

European Union

(Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden)

Shipping to Europe costs £6.95 regardless of the size of the order.

When your order has been dispatched our system will inform you by email and from that date your order should be delivered within 3-7 working days (delivery times may be longer around Christmas and other busy periods).

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Signed services and are fully insured by Royal Mail and/or ourselves. Please note that the delivery address should match the card holder’s address and that the postal service will require the item to be signed for.

Rest of World

(Australia, Canada, Gibraltar, Iceland, Japan, New Zeeland, Norway, Switzerland, USA)

Shipping to rest of world costs £15.00 regardless of the size of the order.

When your order has been dispatched our system will inform you by email and from that date your order should be delivered within 7-14 working days (delivery times may be longer around Christmas and other busy periods).

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Signed services and are fully insured by Royal Mail and/or ourselves. Please note that the delivery address should match the card holder’s address and that the postal service will require the item to be signed for.

Other Countries

We do not presently offer delivery to countries not stated above. We will however make exceptions to this rule if required so please email us. Under no circumstances will we dispatch goods to Nigeria or Indonesia.
